Introducing Everylete – Tracker to Encourage Exercise for Healthspan

Built as a simple, mobile-friendly website and monthly tracker, Everylete helps normal people / general population keep on top of their health with a range of movements. The menu of available exercises encompass agility, speed, strength and endurance as a recommended diet to complete each month. Movements include sprints, longer efforts on the rowing machine, dead lifts and lateral jump.
Users who aren’t familiar with exercises are given instructions and can leave notes to keep a record of their progress month-by-month. Once the calendar month is finished, exercises are stored in a history along with notes.

The app’s tagline is “Exercise for Healthspan” with a focus on consistency across time.
